What patients and clinics both want to know.

Who can see a record, what arrives on WhatsApp, what it costs a patient, and what happens to the data. Answered plainly, in both directions.

The questions we are asked first

Everything below is the same answer we would give you on a call. If your question is not here, ask it: the address is at the foot of this page.

  • No. patDule is WhatsApp-first by design. You interact entirely through WhatsApp: the same app already on your phone. No new app, no new login.

  • Yes. All data is encrypted, stored within India, and governed by DPDPA (India's data protection law). Your data is never shared without your explicit consent.

  • Yes. Telugu is the primary supported language for Hyderabad outskirts patients. Hindi and English are also fully supported. You choose.

  • Yes. patDule can operate as a patient communication layer for clinics regardless of their backend systems. We handle the integration. Your clinic just benefits.

Using it as a patient

  • In the same WhatsApp thread you already use. There is no form to fill on a website and no account to create first.

  • Your place in the queue, with an estimated wait, updated as the clinic works through it. It lets you wait at home and arrive when your number is near.

  • Yes. One account can hold the records of the family members you care for, with their consent recorded.

  • No. Paying in advance from the link is there to let you skip the counter queue. Paying at the clinic works exactly as it does today.

  • Consent is yours to give and to withdraw. Sharing stops when you withdraw it.

For clinics

  • No. patDule runs as a communication layer over whatever you use today, including paper registers.

  • Fewer "is my report ready" calls, fewer no-shows, and a waiting room where people arrive near their turn rather than at opening time.
